Fall 2013 brought a new (and soon to be an annual) fundraiser to the Edgewater as the EHS Foundation teamed up with Mark Baratelli’s Food Truck Bazaar to bring 10-15 food trucks to the EHS stadium parking lot. After the EHS Homecoming Parade, which is always held on right on Edgewater Drive, students, parents, teachers, parade participants and community spectators literally followed the parade back to the stadium—-and it was a great success! “This event really evoked a sense of community—and the food was fabulous!” said Tommy Pinel, event co-chair. EHS fans enjoyed sampling gourmet fare from The Crepe Company, Caro Nama BBQ, Swede Dish, Melissa’s Chicken & Waffles, Yum Yum Cupcakes and more! Be looking for this great event next year before the Edgewater’s Homecoming Football game!
